Child Care Outlook is the child care resource and referral agency for Franklin County, Hampshire County, and the North Quabbin region. Child Care Outlook helps parents find quality child care and helps eligible parents pay for child care expenses. All services are free.

Child Care Outlook has an extensive database with information on child care providers such as cost, hours, curriculum, available openings, and provider education.  We can also help with parenting information!  This referral service is free, and you can use it as many times as you need. All the information you provide is confidential and will not be shared. We hope to give you the tools to make an informed decision about what child care provider to use, but we do not provide recommendations for providers in our database.
