The Mediation & Training Collaborative

The Mediation & Training Collaborative (TMTC) is a comprehensive conflict intervention and training organization dedicated to helping individuals, schools, businesses, and community organizations resolve conflict and increase their capacity for effective communication. 

TMTC offers Mediation and Facilitation to resolve a broad range of disputes, including consumer, housing, divorce, family, parent-teen, elder, workplace, and neighborhood. 

Our School Mediation programs help students, teachers and school administrators learn mediation skills and resolve conflicts.

Communication Coaching is offered to individuals facing challenging interactions or who wish to work one-on-one to increase communication effectiveness.

Training in conflict resolution, teamwork, mediation and Myers-Briggs is available to individuals and organizations. The Mediation & Training Collaborative offers customize trainings, designed to meet your specific organizational needs, or register for one of of our regularly scheduled Upcoming Trainings.

All TMTC Staff are professional mediators, available to assist you in determining what services might be helpful in your situation.
