Ready to join the fun? Eager to enroll your child? Want to learn more?  Get involved with Community Action Youth Programs by contacting one of our group coordinators! 

Enrollment for all of our groups and programs happens on a rolling basis.  Most have spaces open and opportunities to get involved right now!  If a current session is full, we are happy to put you on our wait list for the next open session*.

Be sure to fill out our permission form and family information form.  Completed copies of these two forms are needed to finalize your enrollment with Community Action Youth Programs. You may print them and bring them in, or ask your group coordinator for a copy at your first meeting. 

*Youth Works has a more intensive application process, beginning with an informational interview to learn more about the program and decide if it is a good fit.  To learn more, call 774-7028 x4.
