The Mediation & Training Collaborative (TMTC) is a program of Community Action of the Franklin, Hampshire, and North Quabbin Regions, a non-profit organization. In operation since 1987. TMTC is a comprehensive conflict resolution, mediation and training organization. TMTC mediates a broad range of disputes, including consumer, housing, divorce and family, elder, workplace and neighborhood.
