Last year, Community Action Youth Programs placed 55 youth in local jobs and provided support and life skills training to assist their development as leaders and competent workers.

Community Action’s Youth Programs inspires young people to build community in partnership with guiding adults. We provide free youth development programs for young people ages 9-21 in the Hampshire, Franklin, and North Quabbin regions including youth groups, individual case management, and community events.[nbsp] We specialize in leadership development, community service and engagement, employment readiness, and diversity support (including gender, sexual orientation and ethnicity).
