For Parents Age 23 & Under
 

Healthy Families is a parenting support program for first-time pregnant or parenting people, age 23 and under.  You are partnered with a Home Visitor who provides guidance and resources focused on healthy pregnancy, newborn care, and becoming a parent.  Home Visitors also work with you to find help with basic needs (housing, food, childcare) and to reach personal goals (finishing school, finding a job, saving money).

For many new parents, connecting to other new parents is really important.  Healthy Families offers opportunities to meet other new young parents through virtual and in-person groups including play groups, support groups and special events (holiday gatherings, picnics and more!).

​

All services are free, voluntary and confidential.

Spanish-speaking Home Visitors are available.
