The Leadership, Employment, and Advocacy Development Program (LEAD) provides employment-related services through a closed referral process in partnership with Commonwealth Corporation.

LEAD offers comprehensive employability services including career-readiness training and a subsidized employment experience. Youth are prepared to enter into the workforce through career-readiness services and participation in subsidized work-based learning opportunities that allow participants to apply skills in work settings. Case management and career readiness trainings are being offered remotely at this time.
