Community Action Energy Department is looking for a client services manager who is responsible for client outreach, client services, office operations, and planning and production in conjunction with the Conservation manager. 

This is a full time 37.50 hr, year round position managing client recruitment and client flow for 10,000 households per year.  Must have strong organizational and supervisory skills. 

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field. Three years’ of office management, program coordinator, and supervision experience, two years of direct service and customer service experience, experience with office systems, and with designing and executing outreach and marketing materials required. Experience with energy efficiency preferred. Additional directly related experience substituted for education or additional education substituted for experience.  Salary range $49,608 - $52,630.

The successful candidate must have knowledge of early childhood and parent development, and be able to plan and implement engaging and effective home-based early educational learning experiences. They must be motivated and detail oriented, with excellent relationship-based, time management and data entry skills.


Minimum qualifications are an Associate’s degree in ECE or Human Services (w/ related ECE course work), 2 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education and 1-year case management experience.  BA level and Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.  37.5 hours per week.  Pay range: $17.13-$18.17. SUBSTITUTE COOK
 

A Head Start Preschool is looking for a reliable individual with a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years cooking experience. Must be Serv-Safe certified. Kitchens are in Franklin, Hampshire and Hampden Co. This individual must have flexibility in schedule and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.  Job will include all aspects of cooking/serving and cleanup.  

 

Pay rate is $13.50/hour.  Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory Early Education & Care Background Record Check (BRC) investigation.

Candidate must have strong organizational, group facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working with adult learners or in alternative classrooms strongly preferred. CORI, safe driving record, reliable car required.
