Betsy Williams

Betsy teaches mediation and conflict resolution, mediates, and coordinates mediations. She received her Certificate from Woodbury College's Intensive Mediation Program in 1993. She is trained in divorce, landlord/tenant, permanency, and victim/offender mediation. She has also received training in Circle Sentencing and Family Group Conferencing. She has been with TMTC since 1995.

Jade joined TMTC in 2003 and has trained in divorce, landlord/tenant, community and CHINS (parent-teen) mediation, as well as Non-Violent Communication.
 

Susan Hackney

Susan has been mediating since 1994 and associated with TMTC since 1995.  She designs, coordinates and leads mediation trainings as well as communication, conflict resolution, teamwork and Myers-Briggs workshops for nonprofit, corporate and municipal groups. She has also taught Interpersonal and Intercultural Communication courses at Greenfield Community College.

Betsy joined TMTC in 2001. She has done non-violence training for two years and cultivated patience over the years while serving on community committees and boards.

Lisa Clark
Juvenile Triage Project Manager/Case Coordinator

Lisa coordinates Juvenile Triage Mediation with the Juvenile Court and the Department of Children and Families in order to help reunify children with their families. She also mediates small claims, divorce and housing cases and coordinates divorce cases.

Debbie Lopes da Rosa

Since 2007, Debbie has worked wtih housing, small claims, elder and Juvenile Triage mediation. She also teaches mediation, conflict intervention and communication skills and has supported TMTC's school mediation programs.

Suzy Polucci

Suzy has been associated with TMTC since becoming a mediator in 2002. She has worked with small claims, community, and school mediations. She also incorporates her theater work into her work with TMTC.

Diana Bella
Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT) Program Director

Diana has directed CCRT since 2004 and previously worked with numerous social service agencies designing creative social change programs. She brings her healing arts experience to CCRT and is one of only twelve Transformational Kinesiology (TK) practitioners in the US.

Kelly Broadway

A Smith College Ada Comstock Scholar with a BA in Psychology and Anthropology, Kelly has been a CCRT volunteer since 2000 and now also incorporates her passion for working with teens as Staff Assistant for CCRT and as Program Director for the Youth 4 REAL AmeriCorps Program.

Hipolito brings a background in social work, law and social justice and a passion for helping students resolve conflicts peacefully to his work supervising and training school mediators.

Cheryl Fox

Cheryl has developed peer mediation programs in dozens of schools in western Massachusetts. Currently on extended leave, she continues to work with youth and adults in mediation, facilitation and conflict resolution.
