The Community Crisis Response Team offers free workshops where participants learn about how trauma affects the body, mind and spirit. Workshops are free to people recovering from trauma and to professionals who work with survivors of trauma.

 Introduction to the Alexander Technique

Healing Benefits of Transformational Kinesiology

Wednesday,  September 29 , 2010  ~  5:00-7:00 p.m.

Integrate traumatic experiences with TK and transform the body, mind and spirit for soul level change. Tk is a healing modality from Polaris College in Denmark designed to help people overcome limiting circumstances and reach a whole new level of possibility. Facilitated by Diana Bella, Director of CCRT and 1 of 15 TK Ptactitioners in the US. **Media Education Foundation Community Room, 60 Masonic St. in Northampton.

Soul Collage

Thursday, October 21, 2010  ~  5:00-7:00 p.m.

Explore your inner self and nourish your soul. Using intuition and imagination, you will create a Soul Collage and use writng to access your own deep wisdom. Supplies provided. Facilitated by Cynthia Miller, Holistic Health Counselor. **CCRT, 277 Main St. 4th Floor in Greenfield.

Zany Source

Wednesday, October 27, 2010  ~  6:30-8:30 p.m..

In this 2-hour integrative journey, participants will use intuitive movement and writing to connect with the whole self and share discoveries. Led by Rose Oceana and Rythes Lee of Zany Angels Theatre Dance Company. **Wildlife Sanctuary, 221 Pine St. #349 in Florence.
